Had an issue with my AC unit dripping and flooding onto my floor. P&P (Dan) came out late at night before July 4th to help us fix the issue. He was super nice, knowledgeable, and quick. Saved us from a hot night. Will only use them for all future AC work.

Three years of excellent service to our home. Wes came out yesterday, and while talking to him I found and issue with a blower motor going out. (Cost myself some money) But, the price for the repair was acceptable, and he had the part with him. Did a great repair in a VERY timely manner. Thanks Wes, and thanks again P&P!

I have used P&P for my ac installations and repairs for the past year. I initially had a split unit installed in my barn by a contractor (my son) who was there doing other work also. He first called P&P that sent a technician to do a vacuum test and reported all was well. A short time later my son discovered a small refrigerant leak but he had to return home so I tried different types of sealers reportedly successful for these types of leaks. After none worked I called P&P and they sent a technician. Chris said the leak was a simple repair but that all of the freon would have to be removed and replaced at a cost of $800 (10 lbs at $80/lb). My neighbor's son is an HVAC repairman so I called him. He said the freon could be pumped out and then recaptured after the repair. He added one pound of freon for a total cost of $100. (I discussed this recently with Dan (service manager) who explained that with the newer refrigerants there is more than one refrigerant in the mixture, and an asymmetric leak could cause an imbalance that could cause mechanical problems. It is also not recommended by the manufacturer.)4 months later I began having problems with unit. I called P&P and Chris did the troubleshooting with the manufacturer's technician on the phone. They determined it was a circuit card so a new card was sent and the work was done by P&P. The unit worked for a very short time and then failed again, Chris again did diagnostics with the manufacturer's technicians and they diagnosed a bad compressor. The part was free (under warranty) but $150 for freight. Chris replaced the compressor but it still did not work. My bill was almost 2k and $800 was for new freon, (Chris admitted afterwards that he did not think it was the compressor because he heard it running). Next the manufacturer's technician thought it was the power supply card and sent a replacement. Alex from P&P came this time. That only worked for a few days.I then had P&P install a new 1.5 ton unit at another location in the barn as a backup while waiting for a replacement unit for the bad one. Finally the company sent a new outside unit which was installed by the same crew that put in the new 1.5 ton unit.The replacement unit worked for a few weeks and then the unit went dead. Alex came out and discovered a bad breaker and a bad high pressure sensor. Once again the seller provided the failed part for free. Alex provided me with a cost estimate for the repair. We had some issues with charges for replacement of the freon, but after a discussion with Dan (service manager) we came to a satisfactory agreement, and Alex is going to proceed with the repair.I have been very satisfied with work that P&P has provided and will continue to use them for my HVAC needs. I think there prices are fair and they are an honest business, which is not necessarily a common trait in the AC business.Bottom line...it's better to buy local, but I am glad for the persistence that P&P provided to solve my problems.

We had them come out for a small problem, while here the unit was hit by lightning. The technician (Chris) was amazing!!!! He helped deal with the insurance company, he worked tirelessly to get the part in a day, after the parts people said 4 to 5 weeks, it really felt like they were on our side helping, and fighting for us to get our air back. Chris was amazing but the owner also called while this was going on a check on us regularly. Great company!!!!!!

5/2021. I called at 7 pm and about an hour later Dan was at my house. Service was professional and he went out of his way telling me how I could save money on this call and future services. I highly recommend!5/25/3023Great service. Had my new unit installed today. They cleaned up afterwards and my wife complemented on what a great job they did and how friendly they they were.

We have always used P&P Heating & Cooling for our HVAC for our old system and when it finally went out they were the ones we called for a new unit and they came out quickly to get us pricing and once we decided on the unit they installed the same day. All the staff are always very professional, prompt and friendly and make sure we are satisfied with their service before they leave. They even clean up after themselves which I really appreciate. I would recommend P&P Heating & Cooling to anyone needing maintenance, service or a new install they are the best!

Let me just start by saying JALEB my tech, was an absolute delight. He was kind, courteous, knowledgeable, professional and knew within 15 minutes exactly what was wrong. I would recommend Jaleb and P&P heating and cooling to everyone needing anything HVAC!

I am fairly new to Bonifay and was looking for an AC company to have a yearly relationship with. After searching P&P's website and reading all the reviews I decide to call them. The lady at the office Mycha was very polite and professional. She had a technician named Jaleb come to my house about a half an hour after I called. This young man was polite, informative, personable and very thorough as he cleaned my in and outside unit. He also showed me the amperage on my old capacitor versus the new capacitor while explaining to me what it does and how much more efficient my system will work. Without making this too long I just want to say I would absolutely 100% recommend this company and the people that work with them.

When you call P & P the phone is answered by a very kind HUMAN (Hi Carrie!)...not an annoying electronic phone system. P&P did an amazing job of installing my new Carrier system about a year and a half ago. Today, Bo was here doing the routine cleaning and maintenance. What a polite and knowledgeable young man. I'm so glad I went with Dan and the crew at P & P for all my heating and cooling needs!

I got the Infiniti system & it is beyond amazing. I set the system to cool only during the summer & because of how the system works I wake up to the house being a few degrees cooler than what I set!!! It's 80+ outside but I get better than what I requested. The magic continues with my utility bill. It was very noticeable immediately. I pay less & get more!!!!!

This is only my second time needing your services but you have earned a customer for life. I called after hours and I can’t say enough about Jaleb, he was so polite ( very rare these days) and very prompt! He returned my call right away, called me on his way here to give me update on his arrival time. Checked my AC and diagnosed the issue immediately and let me know exactly what was needed and the cost. He had my system up and running in no time at all. My wife and I have so many positive comments about this company. We had a 20 year old system that needed to be replaced. We called three different companies. All three came out, two of them looked at the out side and said they could replace the unit. Dan form P&P Heating & Cooling was the only individual that looked at everything inside and out. He noticed some serious deficiencies with our air flow and recommend what needed to be done. P&P was the only company that gave a quote the very next day the other two we never heard from again. Once the quote was accepted their scheduler called my wife and set up a good time for us and called the day before, my wife says she was very nice and professional (sorry I don't have her name). Junior, Wess, And Brandon were the crew that put in the unit and extensive duct work that needed to be done. We cannot say enough good things about them so Thank you very much is the best we can do. Now that the new system is in place we now get air flow in the house that we never had for the past twenty years. Our daughter thanks you for now having air to her bedroom. From start to finish we could not be more satisfied with P & P Heating & Cooling and would highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks all very much. Also the new Carrier unit is GREAT!!!!!

They even vacuumed the work area when installation was complete!! They were very professional and knew what they were doing. Just had these great guys install a new Ac unit on Wednesday. Very funny, professional, knowledgeable, and took their time and did the job right!!! I'm so impressed!!! Service Tech Dan was awesome. Dan was polite and professional. The company has great customer service. They call to remind you of the service time and they are on time. Today they completed our one year maintenance in great time and through cleaned the unit. They also gave us the best quote last year and it was not an issue that they were 2 hours away from us. Florida weather and trees makes unit look terrible, ours looks new! Great job Dan. Thank you!

Ist time I have used P&P. Was referred by my neighbor. Alex came to Dothan to fix my furnace. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. He had the problem diagnosed within 5 minutes after arriving. Checked the entire unit out to make sure everything else was working properly. Carrie and Jessica were also extremely polite and courteous. I will be using this well run company for all my HVAC needs. Thank you for getting us warm again.

P&P came out to home in Enterprise because of some A/C issue that we were having in the spring time.They did what they could to my 13 year old Bryant system. The work That Dan did was very good at a cost that was very reasonable. So when my larger A/C went out I didn't hesitate to pick up the phone and call P&P once again. Unlike some of the other companies around Enterprise Al.Dan had sent 3 guy for the installation of my central-air-conditioners/carrier-infinity system.I must say with a very large savings compared to the other price that I checked, I had got in Enterprise Al.More than $2000.00 - 3000.00 in savings.Keep up your great work.
